Raw Material Inspection
Virgin PP/HDPE only. Incoming batches are checked for type and appearance before entering production — no recycled material in standard product lines.
In-Process Control
Injection and blow molding lines run on set process parameters; in-process inspection samples appearance and dimensions, rejecting defective parts on the spot.
Outbound Inspection
Finished goods are batch-sampled for appearance, dimensions and weight; load markings, packaging and quantities verified before outbound.
Inspection items
Standard items are covered in routine batch inspection; project-specific tests are arranged on request.
